Shan Saute Tofu (ပဲျပားေၾကာ္)


This tofu dish is a Shan food usually serve as a side dish. Serve with rice accompanying with some meat or fish as a main dish and some vegetable soup.

Green Salad with Orange Dressing

Simple salad with a fresh orange juice dressing.


Ingredients (serve 2)
1/2 head Iceberg Lettuce
100g  Fresh Spinach
1   Orange
2 Tablespoon of  Mayonnaise
2 Hard boiled egg
A dash of pepper and salt


  • Wash the vegetables and set aside. 
  • Keep the vegetables in refrigerator for 30 minute or more for crunchiness.  
  • Prepare the dressing by squeezing the orange juice and mix with the rest of ingredients. 
  • Arrange the vegetables and boiled egg on a plate, pour some dressing and serve chilled.

Gyoza (餃子)





Original of Gyoza is from China name Jiǎozi   餃子. Nowadays it widely spreads to Asia, Japan and Western. The ingredient is varied but typically it includes minced meat, chopped cabbage or Chinese cabbage and garlic filled in round wrapper.
