Great gobo-cha burdock root tea recipes. Picture really help make following instructions easier. I recommend using burdock root left over after drinking tea to make gobo salad ( http://slism.com/diet/3-burdock-root-recipes.html ). All you got to do is mix with chicken and sprouts. And don't forget Japanese sake. It makes a great side dish that can be eaten with rice.
